High Energy Visible (HEV) Blue Light – the flickering blue light that penetrate into retinal and resulting into loss vision in long term. It is also one of the visible light spectrum, below are the harmful blue light that affect everyone especially young society.
What blue light (HEV) can affect and damage?
The flicker and glare may be one of the reasons for eyestrain, headaches, and physical and mental fatigue. Because it is shorter, these “Blue” or High Energy Visible (HEV) wavelengths flicker and create glare that can:
- Reduce visual contrast
- Affect sharpness and clarity
- Long term will lead to vision lost
